Shipping policy

Indigo Flower uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia for a flat rate of $10 or $15 for Express Post.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving it.

You will be sent an email with the details to track the delivery of your order through Australia Post.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, a collection card will be left.

Indigo Flower does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages occurred in the process however we will endeavour to sort out any issues, problems or concerns with you.

All international shipping will be conducted through Australia Post, please email sales@indigoflower.com.au for a quote.
